Pre Authorized Rent Service:
We can take the hassle out of paying your rent and it won´t cost you anything, in fact we will send you a $25.00 appreciation cheque in the mail just for signing up with our pre authorized rent payment service. Click here for more infomation.

E-Banking:
You can also pay your rent online or at your bank.  You will need your tenant code.  If you have forgotten it, ask your building resident manager and they will get it for you. We are listed as "Centurion Property Associates Inc" and you can pay your rent just like if you were going to pay a utility bill or other service provider.
